How joining works
Five steps, about 30 days.
You keep running your group while members move over at their own pace. Nobody is added without saying yes.
Days 1 to 3
Step 1: Apply and private ID check
Tell us about your community. We check your identity privately. Your public name can stay a pen name.
Day 4
Step 2: 30-minute setup
Pick a template, colours and monthly tiers. For the first 10 Partners, we upload your courses for you.
Days 5 to 12
Step 3: Telegram bridge
Add our bot to your paid group. Members log in with Telegram and keep the time they already paid for.
Days 13 to 17
Step 4: Soft launch
Open the doors to your moderators and top members first, and smooth out the small things.
Days 18 to 30
Step 5: Announce
Post the announcement. Your old channel becomes announcements-only and points to your Room.

Do I keep my members and my brand?
Yes. Your Room carries your name, logo and colours. Member lists are hidden from other Rooms, and we never contact or market to your members. You can export the members you brought, and your content, at any time.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. There is no fee and nothing up front. Your members join CandleHall Pro or VIP through your Room, and you earn a share of what they pay: 10% to start, rising with your paying members to 20% at most. Founding Partners start at 13% for their first 6 months.
How and when do I get paid?
Your members pay CandleHall monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Your share is paid out every month, with a statement you can check line by line. New members' first payments are held for 7 days so refunds stay fair.
How does my share grow?
It depends on how many of your members paid this month: 1 to 500 gets 10%, and every level above adds 1%: 501 to 1,000 gets 11%, 1,001 to 2,000 gets 12%, 2,001 to 3,500 gets 13%, 3,501 to 5,000 gets 14%, 5,001 to 10,000 gets 15%, 10,001 to 15,000 gets 16%, 15,001 to 25,000 gets 17%, 25,001 to 50,000 gets 18%, 50,001 to 100,000 gets 19%, and 100,001 or more gets 20%. 20% is the maximum, so the platform, the AI coach and the team stay covered. Every member who joins through your referral link counts.
How do I become a Gold Partner?
When at least 1,000 of your members have each paid 3 months in a row, 70% or more of your paying members stay from month to month, your Room has a clean record, and you have been a Partner for 3 months or more.
Can I upload my own courses?
Yes, into your own Room, for your members only. Your courses are not public, and we never sell them.
Can I keep my Telegram group?
Yes. The Telegram bridge moves paid members over at their own pace. Your old channel can stay as announcements-only and point to your Room.
Do I have to show my real name?
No. We check your identity privately once, so members can trust that a real person runs the Room. Your public name can stay a pen name.
Can I post buy or sell calls?
Trade ideas follow a set format with a reason, a stop-loss and a timestamp, and they lock when posted. You must follow the law where your members live. For example, calls on Indian securities need SEBI registration.
Can I use broker referral links?
No. Broker referral and affiliate links are not allowed anywhere on CandleHall, for owners too. Members pay you for your teaching, not for where they trade.
What if I want to leave?
Give 30 days' notice, honour paid time with pro-rated refunds and take your export with you. We post your goodbye message to your members.
