How the hall is built
Think of a building with many rooms. The hall gives everyone the same door, tools and rules. Each Room keeps its own people and its own business.
Peace by design
Trading groups fall out over poaching, fake results and “I called it” arguments. We built the hall so those are hard to do in the first place.
Invite links to outside groups and broker referral links are held before anyone sees them. Owners share links on their own channels, never inside someone else's Room.

Avg risk is the share of the account risked per trade. Lower and steadier scores higher.
Ideas follow a set format and lock when posted. No quiet edits, no “I called it” after the fact.

A private room with both owners and CandleHall, within 48 hours.

Up to 7 days. Fixes like credit, removal or a correction.
Panel decision
One CandleHall person and two neutral owners, in writing.
One appeal
Heard by someone new. Then it is final.
Moderation
Each layer catches what the one before it missed. Fewer problems reach each layer, so humans spend time on the hard cases.

Hidden lists, DM rules and the link guard stop most trouble before it starts.
L1Filters
Instant checks for spam, “DM me” selling, wallet addresses and outside links.
L2AI check
Reads borderline posts and holds them for a person. It never bans anyone by itself.
L3Room moderators
The owner's team looks after their Room's own rules and tone.
L4CandleHall Trust & Safety
Scams, impersonation, owner disputes and appeals.
Mistakes are not forever. Penalties grow if someone keeps breaking the rules, and fade if they stop.

Every penalty comes with a reason. You get one appeal, decided by a different person within 7 days.
