Members are free
Anyone can join any Room and belong to as many as they like. You never pressure, trick or pay a member to leave another Room.
Fine: Making your Room so good people want to stay
Not allowed: “Leave their Room or you’re out of mine”
Hall Rules · for every Room owner
Traders from India, Dubai, Germany and everywhere else bring their whole community to CandleHall. They keep their brand, their members and their income. In return, every owner signs these 14 rules. They are short, fair and the same for everyone, including us.

Why it works
Rules alone don’t keep the peace. So CandleHall is designed so that poaching, fake results and scams are hard to even try.
Hidden member lists
Members can’t browse a Room’s list, and which Rooms you belong to stays private.
No DMs across Rooms
People who share no Room can’t message each other. Owners can’t message outsiders.
Link guard
Links are blocked in Rooms. Promoting a Telegram channel or outside group, even with an @mention, earns a warning.
Proof, not screenshots
Results come only from verified, read-only synced accounts.
Discipline leaderboards
Rankings reward stop-losses and journaling, never the biggest profit.
No broker links
Broker referral and affiliate links are banned everywhere.

The 14 Hall Rules
Every owner, co-owner and moderator signs these before a Room opens. Breaking them has clear, fair consequences.
Rules 01 to 04
Rooms are neighbours, not rivals. Nobody fishes in someone else’s pond.
Anyone can join any Room and belong to as many as they like. You never pressure, trick or pay a member to leave another Room.
Fine: Making your Room so good people want to stay
Not allowed: “Leave their Room or you’re out of mine”
You and your team never message, tag or target another Room’s members to pull them to you. Your invite links belong on your own channels, never inside someone else’s Room.
Fine: Sharing your Room link on your own YouTube or Instagram
Not allowed: Messaging people you met in another owner’s Room
Your Room is never used to attack, raid, mock or mass-report another Room or its owner. Talking about ideas is fine. Calling people to act against another Room is not.
A problem with another owner goes to the Peace Desk, not into a post, story or live stream on CandleHall. Serious harassment off CandleHall can count too.
Rules 05 to 07
Beginners trust what they see. So what they see has to be real.
Results you show come from a verified, read-only synced account, with the full picture: time period, drawdown (the biggest drop from a high) and whether it is live or demo. No edited screenshots, no hiding losing trades.
Fine: A verified share card with the drawdown showing
Not allowed: A cropped screenshot of last month’s best day
Trading is risky, and you say so. Never use words like “guaranteed”, “sure-shot”, “fixed monthly return”, “double your money” or “no-loss”.
Never coordinate buying so you can sell to your members, and never trade ahead of what you tell them. If you hold a coin or position you talk about, say so.
Fine: “I hold some of this coin, so weigh my view with that in mind”
Not allowed: “Everyone buy at 8 pm sharp”
Rules 08 to 09
Strong opinions are welcome. Personal attacks are not.
Don’t copy another owner’s courses, lessons, indicators or posts. Quote with credit. Teaching a well-known method is fine; re-uploading someone’s material is not.
“I disagree with this setup because…” is fine. Insulting another mentor or their members is not.
Rules 10 to 12
Money and data are handled in the open, by the rules where members live.
Paid access goes through CandleHall checkout, with no side payments. You honour the refund rule shown at checkout. No broker referral or affiliate links, anywhere.
For example: no buy or sell calls on Indian securities, including Nifty and Bank Nifty, unless you are SEBI-registered, and no promoting brokers or platforms on RBI’s Alert List to people in India.
No exporting or screenshotting member lists, no doxxing (posting someone’s private details), and no sharing someone’s private messages.
Rules 13 to 14
An owner’s word covers the whole team, and it lasts until the end.
Your co-owners and moderators follow these rules too. What they do in your Room counts as what you do.
For owners: if you close your Room, give 30 days’ notice, honour paid time with pro-rated refunds, and take your export with you. We post your goodbye message to your members.
The Member Code
Members don’t sign 14 rules. They get five short lines before they can post in any Room. Try it: tick all five to join.
Staff badges can’t be copied, and look-alike names are blocked, so “support” accounts asking for passwords or payments are easy to spot and report.
Invite friends: you both get rewards once your friend actually uses CandleHall. No rewards for empty sign-ups, so nobody is pushed to spam invite links.

Our promise back to owners
Owners give us their trust and their community. Here is what we sign in return.
One published share table, for everyone
One published share table, the same for every owner, on the Partners page.
Moderation and strikes
Most problems are stopped by design. Filters catch obvious spam and scams, your moderators look after your Room, and our Trust and Safety team handles scams, impersonation and rule breaks by owners.
3 warnings = blacklist
Warnings add up across all levels. A third warning within 12 months blacklists the account from all of CandleHall. Zero-tolerance cases (scams, pump-and-dumps) skip the warnings: the account is blacklisted at once.
Level 1
Minor
Spam, off-topic promotion, rude tone
Expires after 90 days
Level 2
Serious
Insulting another Room, “DM me” selling, unverified results
Expires after 90 days
Level 3
Severe
Poaching campaign, raiding, fake-results fraud, doxxing
Expires after 12 months
Level 4
Zero tolerance
Scams, pump-and-dumps, pretending to be staff, stealing seed phrases
Never expires
If an owner breaks the Hall Rules
Written warning
Hidden from Discover for 30 days
Payouts on disputed money held
Room removed; members refunded and given 30 days to export
Fair by default
The Peace Desk
When two owners disagree, nobody goes public. They come to the Peace Desk, and both keep serving their members normally while it is sorted.
Day 0
You describe what happened. Our logs, timestamps and content fingerprints mean the evidence is already there.
Within 48 hours
A private room with you, the other owner and us. Most issues end here with a correction or a credit.
Up to 7 days
We propose a fix from a set menu: remove content, add credit, correct in public, apologise, refund members, or pay back revenue from copied work.
In writing
One of our team plus two neutral owners with no conflict of interest decide, and explain why.
Final
Either side can appeal once to a different person. Then the decision is final.
At launch our own team mediates every case. The two-owner panel starts once enough owners have joined to pick neutral ones.
Keep your brand and your members, and earn a growing share. We handle the checkout, the tools and the peace.
